This marks the completion of week 2 of the Agility Performance Program at AcroTex. We documented each girls’ vertical jump and videoed their jump technique the first week. The girls have done a great job of working on knee mechanics and form with squatting and jumping. They have started to challenge their balance. Coach Daire and Pam did a great job of getting in 2 more sessions of squatting, balance, and jump drills. This last week we increased repetitions and added more challenging jumping and balancing exercises. Tuesday we will begin phase II. This week we will increase repetitions and focus on the fundamentals of jumping. Ladies lets keep working hard! Keep it up!!
