Is MORE BETTER? Does squeezing this, tightening that improve performance? 🤔

The answer is NO! 🚫

Research shows that asking an athlete to isolate a specific muscle doesn't work as intended. 📚

Just like you don't consciously think about not falling when you stand, your brain makes the necessary adjustments automatically. It's all about tension to task! 💪

Give your body a task, whether it's weights, resistance bands, or even using imagery for focus. This empowers athletes and boosts performance. 🏋️‍♀️

Imagine your body as a circus tent with a central pole. If you have a mix of 100# Billys around it, the pole stays happy. But if there's an 800# Bubba on one side and a 100# Billy on the other, the pole leans toward Bubba. In your body, this is called a muscle imbalance. 🎪

Don't load your body like an unevenly balanced tent! 🎪 you get loss of performance and at some point injury!

If you have an 800# Bubba on each side of a pole weighted for 1000# … this creates compression and restricts movement. 💥 This creates loss of performance and at some point injury.

Don't sacrifice mobility for strength & stability. 🙅‍♂️
