Today, I had a heart-to-heart with an athlete, and here’s what I told them: “I hope you fail over and over and over again!” 🙌

Why? Because it’s through failure that we truly succeed! 🚀 The journey to success is paved with missteps and setbacks. If everything went perfectly from the start, we’d never truly learn and grow. 🌱

Some of the most remarkable people in history credit their greatest achievements to the lessons learned from their countless failures. 🏆

Looking back on my own life, one of my most significant failures was being cut from the college gymnastics team when I was at my physical peak. It was a tough pill to swallow, but it was also a pivotal moment. I realized I needed to conquer my mind and overcome the fear I had on the balance beam. 🧠

I spent a year soul-searching and mastering my mindset. When I returned, I not only earned a scholarship but also contributed to winning a National Championship on beam and vault! 🤸‍♂️

My greatest reward came after my greatest failure. 🌠

So, here’s my challenge to you: Create a safe environment for your athletes and children to fail. Encourage them to embrace failures as opportunities to learn and grow. 🌱
