So much of life and sport is in front of us and the back/posterior chain (all muscles) get under activated.📱💻📚

Using the two8bandz I’ve found a way to prevent rib flare, promote thoracic extension and hip extension while increasing neural input and activation of the posterior chain… promoting a long arch (entire chain arch)
