Performance Training

up to 6 Athletes

The Performance Training Program provides individualized coaching in a structured, high intensity training environment. These small group programs involve athletes with similar goals, skill level, and abilities. This training program provides a great level of customization for sport-specific movements. Pre- and Post-program testing is used to measure progress. The athletes and coaches receive a training manual, customized for the group to incorporate in their practices. This program can be offered off-site at the athlete’s practice facility.

Team Training

minimum of 8

Perfect 10.0 offers customized, sport-specific programs to teams. Team training programs emphasize sports-specific movements while also developing greater levels of muscle recruitment, muscle control, power, strength, speed, and agility. The program is guided by the team’s goals. Teamwork, leadership skills, and camaraderie are part of the training. Team training includes training for coaches and athletes. The coaches receive a training manual, customized for the team to incorporate in their practices. Regular training intervals are recommended for consistent results. This program can be delivered off-site at the team’s training facility.

1-on-1 Training

Perfect 10.0 also offers 1-on-1 training for athletes who prefer individualized and personal attention. This is an individually customized program for the athlete based on their individual goals. Pre- and Post-program testing is used to measure progress. The athlete will receive a customized training manual. Multiple packages
are available with discounts as the number of sessions purchased increase. This program can be offered off-site at the athlete’s practice facility. Gym fees may apply.

Team Performance Workshops

minimum of 15

Perfect 10.0 offers performance workshops for the entire team or gym. These are usually weekend workshops including multiple sessions divided by skill level. These are opportunities to train your coaches with their athletes on sports-specific movements while also developing greater levels of muscle recruitment, muscle control, power, strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. The coaches receive a training manual, customized for their gym to incorporate into their practices. A pre- and post-program testing is done to chart progress. It is recommended to do a workshop, implement the program in the gym, and then follow up with further workshops on 1 to 3 month intervals. This program is delivered off-site at the team’s training facility. Travel expenses may apply.
